Tony Daly was the founder of our 10-pin bowling club 17 years ago with Phil Kavanagh, Linda Daly Angela Cummins and Paddy O’Keeffee when the club started we had approx. 80 members young and old. Our motto is to have fun and enjoy
We bowl in Coolock leisure plex every Wednesday night at 8PM and run competitions with our members. We play doubles and Triples and when finished we come back to the club for the results and chat. AT present we have 40 members.
We also organise many activities outside of the bowling. Yearly we have two large events and many smaller events.
Our large events are our Black-Tie Dinner dance held in the club and our yearly trip to Lanzarote in January. These are great events and are attended my may of the members and their families/friends.
We also have many smaller events including our Christmas party and prize giving in our hall, other social sing-a-long night for prize giving for each competition in the small lounge throughout the year and have had Halloween party, barn dances in the past
We always welcome new members and anyone who wants to come to any of our functions
We are a very friendly group who live up to our motto Have fun and enjoy
